The Evoxim method is, first and foremost, a way to learn how to pause together before taking action. It’s based on a simple idea: the group’s potential has more value than two or three individuals taking up all the space.
Here, we learn to speak simply and effectively — but also to rely on collective intelligence, where everyone gets a chance.

From Micro to Macro, Creative Formula follows a simple, organic, yet structured dynamic.
Finally, the Game Master coordinates the experience. Depending on the game size, they embody several core roles or distribute them among participants. In longer formats, special characters enrich the dynamic.
Through these roles, participants develop both communication skills and social intelligence.
In just 4 to 12 hours, you can learn to use this mechanic and fully play Creative Formula.
The Micro Game is ideal as an icebreaker during events, as it helps expand circles and stimulate openness.
As for the Small and Large Games, they are mainly used in meetings and group sessions, as they promote smooth information flow and reveal the group’s potential.
